1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Autogix, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Autogix provides an AI-powered B2B sales automation tool ("Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed on a monthly basis. The standard subscription fee is $50 per month, plus any applicable one-time setup fees. Payments are processed securely through our Merchant of Record.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you post or transmit through the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Autogix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
