Refund Policy

Setup Fee Refunds
We offer a limited refund window for the one-time **Setup & Architecture Fee**.
You may request a full refund of the Setup Fee within **3 days** of receiving your final implementation code (the single line of code provided by our engineering team). Requests made after this 3-day window will not be eligible for a refund, as the architectural work and knowledge base structuring have been completed and delivered.
Subscription Fee
Our services are billed on a monthly basis. **Subscription fees are non-refundable** once the new billing month has started.
If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service or unused time.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for the Setup Fee (within the eligible window) or to cancel your subscription, please email us directly at support@autogix.com. Please include your business name and account details. We will process eligible requests within 5-7 business days.
